Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore,  you can request a return if you are NOT 100% Satisfied with your item within 30 days of Purchase*.

Return Types

• Exchanges –  You can Exchange a Product if it does not fit or if it is defective in any way.

• Store Credit – You can also ask for Store Credit for Future Purchases.

• Refunds – We can also Refund you 100% of your money minus shipping (Except for damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) – We will email you a Shipping Label).

How to Return your Product

To Return your Product, Go to My Account > Orders > Click on “Product Returns” Button – Choose the Product(s) and Proceed with Process.

You will then receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number by email. 

* Products must be unworn, un-used in their Original Packaging.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Product Returns must be unworn and in the Original State that it/they were sent. Products must be in the Original Packaging.

The fastest way to Return the Merchandise is to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

Initiate the Return

Go to My Account Page > Orders and Click on Product Returns Button

Pack the Product(s)

Pack the Product(s) into a box with Original Packaging

Ship the Item(s) Back 

Place Authorization Email into Box and Ship it back to us.

• Money Back – We can also Refund you 100% of your money minus shipping.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without (RMA) Number.

We do not issue the refund if:

• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address or Shipping Carrier looses Package. You must open a case with Carrier.)

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your Credit Card Company, it can take an additional 2-10 days for the Credit to be applied to your account.

ARBITRATION NOTICE: YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND ALWAYSTACTICAL.COM WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
